I thought that I would finish up introducing myself with explaining how much experience I have with computer programming.

When I was a child, we had an MS DOS computer. My Dad had a book for commands in BASIC. I played around a little bit. I would just do simple things like make it say "hello" on the screen.

When working in telephony, we would sometimes use command line to program telephones and trunk lines instead of using the GUI.(Graphical User Interface)

So, that is about it. I have been a bit of a technophobe. Although, I was in a technology job in the military, once I moved over to administration, I discovered I enjoyed people and spreadsheets, more than technology. I didn't want to have to keep up with it. When I joined the military, I was underqualified for a job in technology. Based on my aptitude, they took me on and trained me anyways. I loved learning about it but I was no programmer. I didn't go home at night and code or learn about computers for fun. I did enjoy troubleshooting and learning about complicated topics.

So, coding will be a brand new skill for me. I am looking forward to the journey.
